THE RELIEF OF THE CHARITABLE NEED OF ELDERLY PERSONS LIVING IN THE AREA OF HARSTON AND DISTRICT WHO BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY ARE IN NEED OF THE SERVICES OF A VILLAGE WARDEN BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH A WARDEN.
