Charitable objects
THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING INCLUDING (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION): (1) EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN LEGAL SKILLS AND INTERNATIONAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND HUMAN RIGHTS LAW; AND (2) EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN SUBJECTS RELATED TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND THE PROTECTION, ENHANCEMENT AND REHABILITATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT. IN THIS CLAUSE 3 THE PHRASE 'SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT' MEANS DEVELOPMENT WHICH MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE PRESENT WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE ABILITY OF FUTURE GENERATIONS TO MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS.
