Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROMOTION OF THE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY: (I) ALL ASPECTS OF DRAMATIC ART INCLUDING THE ARTS OF DRAMA, MIME, OPERA, BALLET, MUSIC, SINGING, DANCE AND PAINTING; (II) THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF ART BY THE PROVISION OF A THEATRE AND THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC PERFORMANCES; (III) THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF ISLAMIC ART, CULTURE AND LITERATURE; (IV) THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND SERVICES; (V) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (VI) THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY WORKING WITH PEOPLE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN, RELIGION, BELIEF OR CREED (IN PARTICULAR, MEMBERS OF THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BY ENCOURAGING THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CHARITY.
