THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS, IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND GHANA ("THE AREAS OF BENEFIT"): TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AID AND/OR MATERIAL ASSISTANCE TO DESERVING STUDENTS, THE SUPPLY OF SCHOOL EQUIPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND THE CARRYING OUT OF DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS WHICH ADVANCE EDUCATION.'
