TO MAINTAIN, REPAIR, RESTORE, PRESERVE, RECONSTRUCT OR RESCUE FROM DESTRUCTION AND NEGLECT ANY ITEMS OF HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE RELATING TO PRINTING, BE IT DOCUMENTATION ON TAPE, PAPER OR FILM, OR MACHINERY, TOOLS AND MOVABLE TYPE AND TO KEEP SUCH ITEMS IN A WORKING MUSEUM.
