Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE ORGANISATION ARE: 1. TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH AND GOSPEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES SET OUT IN THE SCHEDULE HERETO, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF CHURCH SERVICES AND RELATED SEMINARS. 2. TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A YOUTH CLUB FOR PERSONS UNDER 20 YEARS OF AGE AND TO PROVIDE THEREIN, FACILITIES FOR THEIR INTELLECTUAL, PHYSICAL, CULTURAL AND SOCIAL EDUCATION AND IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FACILITIES FOR THEIR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE. 3. THE RELIEF OF NEEDS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, FOR THOSE OF WEST AFRICAN ORIGIN AND OVER 50 YEARS OF AGE, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A SUPPORT CENTRE AND SERVICES FOR THOSE IN NEED OF THEM. 4. TO SUPPORT OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES, AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINED, IN PARTICULAR BY MAKING GRANTS OR DONATIONS TO SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS WHICH ARE ADVANCING EDUCATION, RELIGION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY.
