THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE OF AFRICAN AND CARIBBEAN ORIGIN AND DESCENT WITHIN LONDON AND OTHER AREAS WITHIN THE UK, BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, BY ADVANCING PUBLIC EDUCATION IN ALL ASPECTS OF HEALTH AND RAISING AWARENESS OF SUCH ISSUES, BY HOLDING SEMINARS AND FORUMS AND BY UNDERTAKING RESEARCH."
