Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF HINDUISM AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT SO AS TO LIMIT THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING: (1) TO PROMOTE THE STUDY, DEVELOPMENT AND TEACHING OF HINDUISM, VEDANTA AND YOGA AS INTERPRETED AND TAUGHT BY SRI KARUNAMAYI, AND TO PROMOTE THE DISSEMINATION OF THESE STUDIES TO THE PUBLIC. (2) TO HOLD MEETINGS FOR DEVOTIONAL SINGING, PRAYERS, DISCOURSE ON SPIRITUAL OBJECTS, MEDITATION, PERFORMANCE OF RELIGIOUS WORSHIP AND BLESSINGS, ALL OF WHICH ARE TO BE CARRIED OUT IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH THE TEACHINGS OF SRI KARUNAMAYI, AND TO MAKE THESE MEETINGS OPEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS. (3) TO PROVIDE AND SUPPORT CHARITABLE PROJECTS FOR THE ALLEVIATION OF SUFFERING, POVERTY, ILLNESS AND INFIRMITY INCLUDING PARTICIPATION IN THE FOUNDING AND MAINTENANCE OF HOSPITALS, HOSTELS, SPECIAL NEEDS AND OTHER SCHOOLS, ORPHANAGES AND SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENTS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO THE FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS IN INDIA;
