TO HELP THE YOUNG PEOPLE GATESHEAD AND IT'S SURROUNDING AREA ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
