TO PROVIDE AN ENDOWMENT FUND FROM WHICH THE INCOME SHALL ASSIST IN PROVIDING FOR THE RESTORATION PRESERVATION REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF SAINT KENELM ENSTONE BUT NOT THE CHURCHYARD ("THE CHURCH") IN THE COUNTY AND DIOCESE OF OXFORD AND OF THE MONUMENTS STAINED GLASS ORNAMENTS AND SERVICE MEDIA IN OR ON SUCH CHURCH PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT THE CHARITY SHALL BE NEUTRAL AS REGARDS CHANGES TO OR DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHURCH
