Charitable objects
2.1 The Charity's objects are:
2.1.1. to alleviate suffering and distress cause to dogs which may be ill treated, abandoned, rejected or neglected; and
2.1.2 to promote the welfare of dogs and responsible dog ownership.
2.2 In article 2.1, "dogs" shall mean in particular but without limitation, the breed known as "Labrador Retriever".
