WE HELP THE MEMBERS OF THE AFRICAN AND CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY IN BEDFORD AND THE ADJOINING AREAS BY PROVIDING RELIEF FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND SOCIAL ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGES. WE TRAIN / EDUCATE, RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT AND IN PARTICULAR PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE FULLY IN THE LIFE OF THEIR WIDER COMMUNITY. WE PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH - MENTAL HEALTH.
