(11) TO ASSIST FINANCIALLY AND OTHERWISE DEVELOPMENT AMONGST YOUNG PEOPLE OF THE PERFORMANCE AND STUDY OF BALLET IN ALL ITS FORMS BY WAY OF WORKSHOPS MASTERCLASSES OR OTHERWISE (111) GENERALLY TO ASSIST THE PUBLIC AT LARGE TOWARDS A GREATER APPRECIATION OF BALLET IN ALL ITS FORMS.
