1) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONGST CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE PRACTISING OR ADHERING TO THE JEWISH RELIGION AND RESIDENT IN ISRAEL 2) TO EDUCATE AND ASSIST CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED 3) TO RELIEVE NEED, HARDSHIP, DISTRESS OR SUFFERING AMONGST CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE OR INTEND TO BECOME RESIDENT IN ISRAEL
