TO RELIEVE PERSONS SUFFERING FROM STROKE BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, ADVICE THERAPEUTIC AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES TO SUCH PERSONS AND THEIR CARERS, IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
