Charitable objects

THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF DEREHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY : (1) PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF THOSE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE OR DISABILITY; (11) PROTECTING AND PRESERVING THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH OF THOSE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE AGED 55 YEARS OR OVER OR WHO ARE DISABLED; AND (111) RELIEVING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONGST THOSE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE AGED 55 YEARS OR OVER OR WHO ARE DISABLED.
