B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE PERSONS PROVIDING SUCH CARE AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. C) TO PROMOTE THE PARENTAL PARTICIPATION AND INVOLVEMENT IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE GROUP. D) TO ADMIT ALL CHILDREN WHATEVER THEIR RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION, MEANS OR ABILITY.
