Seasons for Growth is an innovative education programme which builds resilience and helps restore mental wellbeing in children and adults who have experienced bereavement or other major loss. We train volunteers as Companions to facilitate small peer group workshops where participants explore the effects of change, loss and grief and develop coping strategies to sustain them in the future.
