TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES LIVING IN, WORKING IN OR UNDERTAKING EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN THE COMMUNITIES OF TILBURY RIVERSIDE AND TILBURY ST CHADS WARDS WITHIN THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AREA OF THURROCK AS THE DIRECTORS DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) RELIEVING POVERTY; (B) ADVANCING EDUCATION; AND (C) PROTECTING AND PRESERVING HEALTH.
