Charitable objects
THE SAID PROPERTY HAS BEEN ACQUIRED AND SHALL BE USED BY THE COUNCIL FOR SUCH OF THE PURPOSES SPECIFIED IN SECTION 5 OF THE SAID MESSURE AS ARE CHARITABLE. PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT IN THE EVENT OF A SALE OF THE SAID PROPERTY AND SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT OF ANY MORTGAGE OR LOAN MADE IN RESPECT THEREOF THE NET PROCEEDS OF SALE SHALL BE HELD ON THE SAME TRUSTS AS THOSE HEREBY DECLARED CONCERNING THE SAID PROPERTY AND THE INCOME THEREOF SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE SAID PROPERTY IS TO BE USED HEREUNDER.
