Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE TRUST FUND AND OF ALL PROPERTY AND ASSETS FOR THE TIME BEING SUBJECT TO THE TRUST UPON SUCH CHARITABLE TRUSTS AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE AND UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:-
I) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION EITHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR OVERSEAS;
II) THE ADVANCEMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF RELIGIOUS OR OTHER EDUCATION;
III) THE RELIEF OF THE AGED POOR SICK OR DISABLED.
