Charitable objects
THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF AFRICANS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND OVERSEAS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:
(I) ADVANCING EDUCATION
(II) RELIEVING POVERTY
(III) PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
