No Limits was established in 1993. It offers information, advice, advocacy, counselling & support to children & young adults up to 26 in Southampton, Hampshire and Portsmouth. It is a high quality, innovative & award winning service delivered through a drop-in centre, outreach centres and specialist projects which reach out to young people. We seek to help young people help themselves
