DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED 1ST DECEMBER 2001

Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) IN BANGLADESH, PAKISTAN AND BRITAIN. 1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS AND DONATIONS, STIPENDS AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE ORPHANS AND THE POOR STUDENTS IN HIGH SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, MEDICAL AND ENGINEERING COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES. 2) TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO THE ORPHANS AND THE POOR STUDENTS IN NEED AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT.
