A) THE RELIEF OF ANY PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF A DROP-IN CENTRE. B) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR SUCH PEOPLE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE. C) THE PROVISION OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR EDUCATION AND TRAINING
