TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, BY THE PROVISION OF A MOBILE WARDEN SERVICE AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID PERSONS.
