1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND WELFARE OF THE INHABITANTS OF WINDMILL HILL BY THE PROVISION OF ACCESS TO ADVICE, INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND TRAINING FOR PEOPLE WHO, BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE, OR OTHERWISE, ARE UNABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO SUCH EDUCATION OR WELFARE 2. ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN AND MANAGE A COMPUTER CENTRE AND COMMUNITY OFFICE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CHARITY 3.
