The Partnership manages both the Assembly Rooms and Community Centre, under 99 year leases from Swaffham Town Council.The Centre leases offices to community support groups. There are drop-in centres for the Police, Business Link, Breckland Youth Services and Access Swaffham.The Partnership owns eight business units on the EcoTech Business Park.

Charitable objects
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SWAFFHAM & DISTRICT (SWAFFHAM & DISTRICT COMPRISING FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS MEMORANDUM AND THESE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION THE PARISH OF SWAFHAM AND NEIGHBOURING PARISHES AND HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT") (1) YOU PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. (2) TO RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT. (3) TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE INTENDED. (4) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING. (5) TO IMPROVE AND BEAUTIFY THE TOWN OF SWAFFHAM AND SUCH OTHER PLACES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE CHARITY MAY DECIDE WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT PROVIDED THAT IN SO DOING THE CHARITY SHALL NOT RELIEVE ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER BODY OF ITS STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS. (6) TO PROVIDE AND TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT OF HOUSING, TRANSPORT AND OTHER SERVICES FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NEED OF THEM PROVIDED THAT IN SO DOING THE CHARITY SHALL NOT RELIEVE ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER BODY OF ITS STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS IN PROVIDING SUCH SERVICES. (7) TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE CHARITY MAY DECIDE.
