The charity provides a low-cost hire service of electric scooters, manual wheelchairs and power chairs to people with mobility difficulties to enable them to get around Hull City Centre easily. All users have to become members, for which there is a small annual fee, and they can then hire vehicles on a daily basis, also for a small fee. All ages, and all forms of mobility restrictions are catered
