Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE TRUST FUND AND OF THE INCOME ARISING THEREFROM UPON TRUST TO APPLY OR CAUSE TO BE APPLIED THE SAME WHETHER CAPITAL OR INCOME AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (BUT NOT SO AS TO EXCLUDE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES) THOSE CHARITIES ESPECIALLY CONCERNED WITH MEDICAL AND HEALTH CARE ISSUES AS THE SETTLOR MAY DURING HIS LIFETIME OR BY WILL OR OTHERWISE IN WRITING FROM TIME TO TIME IN HIS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DIRECT AND AFTER THE SETTLOR'S DEATH AND INSOFAR AS THE SETTLOR HAS NOT DIRECTED AS AFORESAID AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE.
