Charitable objects
THE SHAH PORAN ISLAMIC JAMI MOSQUE AND COMMUNITY TRUST TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS;
TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE CITY BIRMINGHAM, TO ADVANCE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE CITY BIRMINGHAM (HEREIN AFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR), TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE COMMUNITY, STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
