THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A PLAYING FIELD FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF BONBY (AND SURROUNDING AREA) IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS.
