Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS IN THE AREA SERVED BY THE HEACHAM GROUP PRACTICE: THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AND THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH BY THE PROVISION, AND ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION, OF MEDICAL AND OTHER EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES NOT PROVIDED BY THE NATIONAL HEALTH AND OTHER STATUTORY BODIES.
