THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE "OBJECTS") ARE FOR THE RELIEF OF AFRICANS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR OVERSEAS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (1) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND (2) PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
