1) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS AND IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS IN LIFE OF CHILDREN THROUGHOUT THE WORLD WHO SUFFER EXPLOITATION BY PROMOTING PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES TO RELIEVE THEIR POVERTY, PROMOTE THEIR EDUCATION, PRESERVE AND PROTECT THEIR HEALTH AND REDUCE THEIR EXPLOITATION; 2) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE IN CITIZENSHIP AND LEADERSHIP SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND MAY PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY AS USEFUL REPRESENTATIVES, VOLUNTEERS AND RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AT A LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL
