Charitable objects
(I) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF HORTICULTURE, AND OF SUCH OTHER ARTS AS THE COUNCIL MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DEEM APPROPRIATE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF CORNWALL AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES. (II) TO PROMOTE THE TEACHING OF HORTICULTURAL SKILLS AND TO PROVIDE A CENTRE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, AND INSTRUCTIONAL COURSE.
