Charitable objects
(1) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER UNDER THE AGE OF 30 (IN THE WEST MIDLANDS AREA) BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDING TO ENABLE THEM TO GAIN ACCESS TO MEDICAL TREATMENTS IN AUGMENTATION OF THOSE PROVIDED BY THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE; (2) IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES THE TRUSTEES MAY PROVIDE FUNDING TO RELIEVE PERSONS DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER UNDER THE AGE OF 30 WHO ARE BEING TREATED BUT DO NOT RESIDE IN THE WEST MIDLANDS AREA
