FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA LINCOLN WHO ARE MUSLIMS BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PRAYERS AND GENERALLY THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ISLAMIC FAITH BY ADVANCING EDUCATION AND PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE SAID INHABITANTS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE
