Charitable objects

(1) TO RELIEVE THOSE PERSONS WITHOUT LIMITATIONS OF RACE, GENDER, CLASS, OR BELIEFS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM LIFE THREATENING OR TERMINAL ILLNESS; AND TO CARE AND SUPPORT THE FAMILIES, CARERS AND FRIENDS OF SUCH PERSONS, BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THE DEATH OF THE PERSON BEING CARED FOR; (11) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT CARE AND SUPPORT FOR THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM A LIFE-THREATENING OR TERMINAL ILLNESS; AND ABOUT CARE AND SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES, CARERS AND FRIENDS OF SUCH PERSONS BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THE DEATH OF THE PERSON BEING CARED FOR; (111) FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
