Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY IT TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH OBJECTS OR PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THEY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SELECT FROM THOSE NOMINATED TO THEM BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE SETTLOR AND IN SUCH SHARES AND SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
