THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ISLINGTON AND CAMDEN, BEING FACILITIES:- 1. OF WHICH SUCH CHILDREN HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND 2. WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH CHILDREN BY PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING.
