THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ("THE OBJECT") ARE THE RELIEF OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AMONGST SEAFARERS, THEIR FAMILIES AND DEPENDANTS AND IN PARTICULAR, WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE OBJECTS, BY MEANS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT AND PROVISION OF A LIAISON AND REFERRAL NETWORK TO FACILITATE AND PROMOTE PROVISION OF RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE TO THOSE SUFFERING NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
