Charitable objects
(1) to relieve persons resident in Exeter and neighbourhood who are in conditions of need, hardship and distress, who are homeless or threatened with homelessness; and
(2) the provision of social housing or other rented accommodation for persons who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
