TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND NEED AMONGST COMMUNITIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD WHICH ARE IN NEED OF SUCH RELIEF, BY ADVISING NEEDY PERSONS WITHIN THOSE COMMUNITIES HOW TO ESTABLISH AND MANAGE CREDIT UNIONS; C.
