TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF SWANS, CYGNETS AND WILD BIRDS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE A SANCTUARY, HOSPITAL AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF SICK AND INJURED SWANS, CYGNETS AND WILD BIRDS AND TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION ON MATTERS CONCERNING THE CARE AND PROTECTION OF SWANS, CYGNETS AND WILD BIRDS AND THEIR ENVIRONMENT.
