Charitable objects
1. TO PROMOTE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE THREE FACETS OF THE YOGA DARSHAN: JNANA, BHAKTI AND KARMA WHICH INCLUDE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH, DEVOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL PRACTICES AND RITUALS AND THE FULFILMENT OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF CARE AND SERVICE; 2. TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL NEED; AND 3. TO PROMOTE EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF SCHOOLS AND EDUCATION TO THE PUBLIC. THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.
