ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY AND SURROUNDING AREA TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, PARTICULARLY PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF WRESTLING, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID PUBLIC.
