THE RELIEF OF THE SICK THE MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY DISABLED IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING IN THE AREAS WITHIN THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE THE CITY OF KINGSTON UPON HULL AND NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE AND NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE BY 1. THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL TREATMENT AND CARE NOT REPLACING ANY STATUTE OBLIGATION OF GOVERNMENT. 2. THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL FACILITIES EQUIPMENT AND/OR PROVISIONS NOT REPLACING AT STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS OF GOVERNMENT. 3.
