("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO RELIEVE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS AMONGST PERSONS ENDANGERED BY ACCIDENTS OR NATURAL HAZARDS BY PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A TRAINED SEARCH AND RESCUE TEAM TO OPERATE PRIMARILY (BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION) IN SUFFOLK AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS.
