1. Support the use of 'Holcot' as a 'not for profit' group holiday/training venue to benefit disabled and/or disadvantaged children and young people. To equip, maintain and improve premises incl house, garden, games hall and multi-purpose ballcourt. 2. To run various Community Projects to improve the lives of local (Edenbridge) disabled/otherwise disadvantaged children and their families.

Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN THE AREA OF WEST KENT ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") 1. TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER PART-TIME OCCUPATION AT HOLCOT, HILDERS LANE, EDENBRIDGE, KENT FOR PERSONS IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, YOUTH, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. 2. TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF LOCAL (EDENBRIDGE AND SURROUNDING PARISHES) DISABLED AND/OR OTHERWISE GENERALLY DISADVANTAGED (BY WAY OF POVERTY OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES), CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.
